Get Your Reimbursement | Reimbursement Assistance

Once your vehicle has been purchased and adaptive equipment has been installed, claiming your $1,000 reimbursement is quick and easy. Simply see your Ford dealer for assistance in submitting your claim.

You will need the following information to submit for reimbursement:

  • Vehicle bill of sale (must have the VIN included)
  • Paid adaptive equipment invoice

Your reimbursement check will be mailed to you around two weeks after your Ford Dealer submits the claim.
