To begin the Ford Mobility Motoring process, contact the Ford Mobility Motoring Customer Care Center. You can do so by phone or by filling out our simple Information Request Form.

When you contact the Customer Care Center a Ford Mobility Motoring Representative will answer your questions and send you everything you'll need to guide you through the adaptive equipment installation to the reimbursement process. The information you'll receive contains:
- Ford Mobility Motoring Brochure
- Ford Mobility Motoring Resource Guide
The State Resource Guide contains a list of nearby Driver Assessment Facilities, Mobility Vehicle Equipment Providers, State Agencies, plus additional resource information. Assessment centers will help you make a decision about the adaptive equipment that's best for you.
